The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times
We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen by the buyer and the receiving destination address (eg; as we are based in Canada, international orders to Europe will take about two weeks at minimum to be delivered for standard delivery options and may vary based on types of goods sold).
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
